A lightweight app that runs quietly in the background. Clock in, log your task, and let Armstrong Tracker handle the rest.
Windows 10 / 11 · No installation required · ~20 MB
Clock in once and forget it. Session time runs automatically. Clock out when you're done — hours are logged instantly.
Type what you're working on before clocking in. Your manager sees your task in real time on the dashboard.
Keystroke and mouse click counts show you're actively working — no content is ever recorded, only counts.
A random screenshot is taken every few minutes. You see it first and choose whether to send it. Nothing is sent without your approval.
Shows which applications you're using and for how long — Chrome, VS Code, Premiere, etc.
Your manager sees your hours, activity level, app usage, and screenshots on a live dashboard — updated every 30 seconds.
Click the Download button above and save the file to your Desktop. Double-click it to open — no installer needed.
Windows may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen. The app is safe. Here's what to do:
Alternative: right-click the file → Properties → tick Unblock → OK.
Click ⚙ Settings. Enter your name, the Server URL, and the API key your manager gave you. Click Save & Connect — the dot turns green.
Type your task in the Current Task box, click CLOCK IN. Click CLOCK OUT when done.
Keystroke counting, not recording. The app counts how many keys you press per minute — it never records which keys or what you typed.
You approve every screenshot. Before any screenshot is sent, it appears on your screen with a 45-second timer. You click Send or Discard. If you do nothing, it's discarded automatically.
App names only. The app sees which application is in the foreground (e.g. "chrome", "premiere") and the window title. It does not read file contents or browser history.
Data stays in your company. All data goes directly to Armstrong's private server — nothing is shared with third parties.
